UCI SMART- ICS AGREEMENT

The SMART-ICS agreement guarantees that Fullerton College students who have been accepted to UCI's Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences and have completed the requisite courses can transfer to UCI with Junior Status in the ICS major.

Students need a passing grade of 'C' or better in the following courses:

CSCI 123 F:  Introduction to Programming in C++

CSCI 133 F:  Data Structures

CSCI 241F:  Computer Organization and Assembly Language Programming (currently Assembly Language Programming)

Math 150A F:  Calculus 1

Math 150B F:  Calculus 2

Math 171 F:  Discrete Mathematics

Math 172 F:  Finite Mathematics

Math 120 F:  Probability and Statistics

In addition, students need to complete ICS52 at UCI either before transfer to UCI or during the first quarter as a UCI student.
